Refund policy
At SevenAromas, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
● Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
● Process: To initiate a return, email support@sevenaromas.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
● Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
● Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
● Non-Returnable Items: Opened fragrance oils, custom orders, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
● Damaged or Defective Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for a replacement or refund. Include your order number and photos of the issue.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different scent or product, please complete a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired one.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are possible only if the request is received before the order ships. Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be cancelled and will instead follow the return process above.
