1. Program description

SevenAromas, a brand operated by NOOX USA LLC, offers an SMS messaging program that sends recurring text messages to customers who opt in. Messages may include order and shipping updates, subscription reminders (such as upcoming charges and delivery dates), customer service replies, new product announcements, promotions, and special offers.

2. How to opt in

You may join our SMS program by submitting your mobile number through a sign-up form on our website, by checking the SMS consent box at checkout, or by texting a keyword to our number where offered. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from SevenAromas at the mobile number you provided.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy from SevenAromas without agreeing to receive text messages.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect up to 8 messages per month, plus transactional messages related to your orders or subscriptions.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. SevenAromas does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving text messages, depending on your plan.

5. How to opt out

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from that program. If you want to rejoin later, simply sign up again as described above.

7. Supported carriers and carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Do Not Call registries

Because you are giving us express written consent to contact you, you may receive our text messages even if your number appears on a federal or state Do Not Call list. Your consent to our SMS program takes precedence over those registries. You can stop our messages at any time by replying STOP, as described above.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or have permission from the account holder for, the mobile number you provide.

10. Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information you provide is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the most recent update shown above.
