What is SevenAromas?
SevenAromas is a luxury scenting brand
dedicated to transforming spaces through the power of fragrance. Our collection
of refined aroma diffusers and premium-grade oils is designed to elevate homes,
hotels, and offices into immersive sensory experiences.
What makes SevenAromas different from otherbrands?
Every SevenAromas product is crafted
with precision and elegance — combining modern diffuser technology with
expertly balanced fragrance formulations. Our scents are inspired by the
world’s finest perfumeries and blended with the same attention to detail found
in high-end personal fragrances.
How long do your fragrance oils last?
Our fragrance oils are concentrated
and long-lasting. Depending on the diffuser intensity setting and room size,
one SevenAromas oil bottle can provide continuous scenting for approximately 2–4 weeks of daily use.
Are your products safe for children and pets?
Yes. All SevenAromas fragrance oils
are IFRA-compliant and free from
parabens, phthalates, and harsh chemicals. When used as directed, they are safe
for residential and commercial environments. As with all fragrance products,
oils should be kept out of reach of children and pets.
Where do you ship from, and which regions do youserve?
All SevenAromas orders are processed
and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center. We currently ship throughout the
United States( Florida), including Alaska and Hawaii, and select international
destinations.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we proudly offer complimentary U.S. shipping on all orders
over $150.
For orders below this threshold, a flat rate of $9.95 applies for standard
shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days via standard U.S.
shipping. International orders may take longer depending on customs and
regional delivery times.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it hasbeen placed?
We begin processing orders immediately
to ensure prompt delivery. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please
contact our support team as soon as possible at support@sevenaromas.com. We will make every effort to accommodate
your request before the order ships.
What is your return policy?
At SevenAromas, your satisfaction is
our highest priority. If you are not completely pleased with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and
accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees). For more details, see our Return Policy below.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will ensure that a replacement or full refund is processed swiftly.
Do you offer custom scenting or wholesaleprograms?
Yes. SevenAromas
offers bespoke scenting solutions and wholesale programs for hotels, offices,
and residential developments. To inquire, please email our partnerships team at

How do I maintain my SevenAromas diffuser?
To keep your diffuser
performing at its best, clean the device every 2–3 refills using a neutral
diffuser cleaning solution or isopropyl alcohol. Always unplug the unit before
maintenance and avoid using water or non-approved oils.
